Inspired by Autumn’s arrival and the delicious goats cheese salad I enjoyed at De Haan, I attempted to recreate something similar.
I toasted a red onion, bacon bits, a red pepper and some cherry tomatoes.
Once out of the pan, I placed the sliced goats cheese on top of the sizzling goods so that the cheese slightly melted.
Then glazed in honey.
Served with salad leaves.
Light, easy and ideal for an autumnal evening.
