I thought I would break up some of the sailing post to show-off. I recently discovered Pinterest and I am a big fan. It’s so informative, I’ve been able to plan my whole weekend trip to Amsterdam just from Pinterest. Ok I’m addicted. Anyway, I’ve started picking up some cooking tips and ideas too – like how to cook with coconut oil, I only bought my first tub at the weekend. My point was, I found the recipe for Baked Parmesan Zucchini Rounds (Courgette as we call them in the U.K.) and then I made them to accompany our dinner. They were so good, how could they not be, they are covered in Parmesan.
