A great part of the trip was sailing at our own pace, this meant we could stop-off at gorgeous “lunch spots” and pull over to explore beaches & caves with the kayaks and paddle board that we had on the boat.
The water was choppy and cold but luckily we managed to stay on board.
After an afternoon of sailing, we arrived at Preveza’s stunning harbour and paddled around a little more.
I managed to paddle without even getting my toes wet.
Some of us even did a little snorkelling.
Then it was time to get ready for dinner after a couple of sundowners.
In the early evening, the quaint harbour is full of boats of all sizes, local bars and tavernas offering delicious food.
A little later in the evening, the harbour becomes a party town. We drank and danced our socks off with other sailors before heading back to the boat. Its a welcome break as most of the spots are very guilt in the evenings.
We woke up the next day feeling a little jaded but pleased to find lots of places offering a delicious breakfast.
Before we headed out again for more adventures.
